I had great expectations when I ordered a Vinod product. But am disappointed. The tawa slipped from my hand n got a dent. Vinod products r highly priced n poor in quality. I expect a refund. However, I was so sure the product will be good that I have disposed of the packaging once I received the tawa.That was a big mistake on my part.However, the fact remains that the product quality is inferior, else it would not dent so easily
