Can you guys tell why the product shown and the one I received are different?

Item is extremely good. But to my utter dismay, I could not get it right. First the wrong item was delivered, then as replacement I got the right item but in the condition as shown above in photos. After that, I have been trying hard to get the return, but despite multiple requests, no refund has been initiated till date.

No doubt product is good but I would like to suggest the seller to make sure product is delivered like new.. the inner box was resealed by transparent tape and the plates inside were in dirty condition. It would be better if it is checked before sending it.
