I love the quality of the product. The material is very heavy so it gives a premium feel. But, might not be best for people who would not like to handle heavy plates while eating. Also, i would have preferred small size bowls as well as a part of the package.

In first delivery, Company's pack, kept in Amazon box was not in right direction. and gaps were not filled. It was moveable inside.Two of quarter plated were found broken. Thermocol packing was also broken. We asked for replacement.In replacement, the quality of material seems perfect. But the prints are not in proper POSITION. They look like rejected/Seconds pieces. Here also gaps in company's box and Amazon's box, was not filled. Inside thermacol was also brokenConsidering price it's good bargain. It's good for our daily use. But cannot be considered for giving as gift to someone.

Bought this on Amazon prime day sale .Very disappointed with the delivering service. Packaging seemed fine but the product was broken at the core. Seems like someone intentionally sold a broken peice , there's no reason only one peice to be broken and rest to be absolutely fine. Feels like we've been cheated.

The product delivered is different from the pictures,"In the pictures all the bowls and plates have same design but in reality the bowls have designs only on two sides, it's not a continuous pattern as shown in the pictures
