Definitely she wanted to buy a hot pack. By the looks of it I myself was a bit confused. However the product title clearly read it was serving bowl. It is 5 Stars for the product. Sadly, my Mother was a bit disappointed as it did not serve her need. Also, forgot to mention earlier that Amazon’s Packaging + Delivery was good.
