Product is good. Looks good. Doesn't retain heat much.Lid doesn't lock tight. We can just place the glass lid just like how we keep on a Fry Pan when cooking.Main problem I am facing is the lack of a Grab Handle (at least one) which makes it difficult to handle it with food or even while washing as well.

This is not a casserole. This is a roti server. If you are looking for a product to serve rotis within 10 minutes of making then go for it. Otherwise this will not keep th chappatis warm for more than 10 minute. It stops the chapati from getting soggy for sure. But its not a casserole by any means.

I brought this roti box during sale. Packaging was so good and nice. The roti box is so light weight. I know its made of metal but its too light weight. The glass lid work perfectly to lock the box. Lets talk about the main thing. If you make roti on a size of regular puri [ aloo puri one] then only you can buy this box. This box's interior is so small and only can hold 4-5 roties. If you make roti on a size of puri or kulcha the you can use this box, but if you make big roti like around the size of your both palm then bro don't buy this. It will only hold 2-3 roti and the lid will not close properly and you'll endup with crumble and wet roties
