Very good built quality. But flaw is in the design. After you pour liquid through the nozel, it drips down on the outside sometimes and drizzles down in to the plastic at the bottom making it impossible to clean.

The cap and the infuser won't fit properly looks like cheap plastice and not preferable to use directly on gas stove . The product is not as good as it looks on the picture

The carafe is a little bit expensive. The plastics used in it is flimsy and not flame proof. Earlier Borosil used to sell their carafeswith bakelite handles, supported by Stainless steel belts to hold the glass jar in place which was reasonably resistant to direct gas stove flame.The product is pricey and below quality expectations.

Unbelievable but its true that it lasted just 15 days. Don't buy this. It can't take the direct heat. Will crack up sooner than you think
