Very good built quality. But flaw is in the design. After you pour liquid through the nozel, it drips down on the outside sometimes and drizzles down in to the plastic at the bottom making it impossible to clean.

Works well for brewing tea or boiling water over the stove or even in a microwave. The addition of a sieve at the opening would help with keeping tea leaves out while pouring. Otherwise it is good to use with a sturdy handle and easy to clean manually or with a dishwasher.

After ordering defective product came, without the lead. Return process was extremely harrissing, took a whole week to chase customer care to get the material picked.Reordered after a week and the again same defective material arrived without the lid. This time even the packaging was extremely horrible. Not expected from Amazon/Borosil.

The product is good but one problem is the bakelite handle and the collar cannot be removed for cleaning the outer surface of the kettle which over time have some hard crust depositing in the crevices of the collar. Yes, the collar can be opened by unscrewing but the method is fraught with danger of breaking the screw thereby making the kettle unusable. If some improvement in design can be done, it will be of great value.

Good. Worth the money. It can be kept on stove, microwave oven and even on induction stove. It's so good than any other I had used.Only problem is it good for tea bags / big tea leaves. Small herbs / tea dust leaks into the pot through infuser inside.
