The handle of my kettle seems to be a bit loose and I can hear something when I move the kettle which I think is because I received a defective product so 2 stars less for that. Other than that, this kettle is very good and it does the job very well and is very easy to use. I really liked the kettle. It is your all in one kitchen utensil. You can go for it without any second thought! I hope you can replace my kettle with a non defected one! Edit: I have returned the kettle but I haven't gotten my refund even after so many days and also, you have deducted Rs.30.54 for cashback when I only received Rs.20 cashback for this product originally! Please refund my money back ASAP.

1- The product comes broken, with crumbles of black plastic pieces already on top of the glass lid, as I opened the package. 2 - They are sending Pigeon Amaze kettle model, which is far more sub-standard than the Kessel model. 3. - The kettle is received in aluminium built, which goes against its description of it being stainless steel. 4.- The kettle is received with a BROKEN BASE, with the thermostat contact component, pushed inside the base, instead of proper protruding electrical contact. 5- The quality is way poor than the price you pay. Amazon return - the worst experience. Mark these words - The competitor will steer ahead of you Amazon, as your service standards are falling to an appallingly low level. Whilst, your competitor has started open box deliveries, and standard pickup with contacts, your pickup agents' contact details are not shared; they are coming for pickup at 10PM at night; and if unanswered they are having the autonomy to mark the return cancelled from their end ! How can you let Amazon pickup executive mark a return cancelled from his own end, instead of re-trying the return pickup. Then, as a customer you will have to initiate the entire cycle to reprocess the return by speaking to customer care, who would have no background of the previous request(s). This is notoriously poor customer service from a platform like Amazon. Amazon is not the same as it was few years back, and your competitor is also not the same as what they were few years back (they are way better post their walmatr (alphabets interchanged) partnership. Thumbs down.

I like how fast it boils water noodles it didn't took too long to cook But when I boiled noodles (didn't added the masala ) there was a sign of a little burn in the kettle otherwise everything is fine

It is a very good product. It is a useful for hostellers like me as I can make noodles in it, boil water and many more. It is a good product under 1000 rupees. Pros:- 1. Easy to wash 2. Complete combo 3. Good quality 4. Easy to use 5. Heating options Cons:- 1. The glass lid provided with it is a little different from what it shows in the product image. But it does not make any difference. Overall, it is a good product. You can consider it. ??

Ok so kettle is good....you can cook anything you want, but power cut is very active so you have to wait for too long to cook dry food like omelet and etc...otherwise it's good we even made cake ??....last thing which I didn't like was that the lid didn't fit.....if you try too hard to fit it in then it's a headache to remove the lid
