I was initially attracted to these trays because of their stylish appearance, which seemed perfect for adding a touch of elegance to my kitchen. The wood-like aesthetic suggested a natural charm that I was eager to incorporate into my home. However, my excitement was short-lived once I received the product.To my disappointment, the trays are not made of solid wood as I had assumed, but rather a board material with an enamel coating. This was the first letdown, as the actual material lacks the authenticity and warmth of real wood.My concerns grew when I considered the practicality of using these trays, especially involving any interaction with water. The enamel coating on a board base makes me skeptical about their durability after multiple washes or even occasional use with wet items. It seems probable that the coating could peel off or the trays might warp over time, which is far from ideal.Additionally, the size of the trays turned out to be smaller than expected. They struggle to comfortably accommodate two cups with saucers, which limits their usefulness for serving purposes. This was a significant drawback for me, as I had hoped to use them for entertaining guests.On a positive note, the trays do look good. They have a certain aesthetic appeal that could enhance a room's decor, making them suitable perhaps only for display purposes. However, when it comes to functionality and durability, they fall short of expectations.In conclusion, while these trays might catch your eye with their appearance, they might not meet your needs in terms of practical use and longevity. If you're looking for trays that are both functional and durable, you might want to consider other options.
