This product is totally awsome!! It crushed my onions into tiny square pieces.The blade can be removed seperately , making it easier to wash and maybe even sharpen in the futurebut there's a hole in the centre when the blade is removed......when water goes into that hole...it doesn't really come outta the motor side ......dunno where is it going lolBut this product is just too amazing ????I gave only 4 stars cuz the blade had severel scratches, meaning it's likely a used blade
