I'm using the product for a couple of days. First, the spoon, with the package as seen product demo video, is missing. Second, the appliance is not at all sturdy. I doubt how long it will last. Nevertheless, it is somewhat value for money if it lasts somehow for more or less 2 years.

Retains flavor of coffee or tea. Very useful for a small family. Just add coffee or tea powder and water. Switch on the machine and wait for 10 minutes to get the decoction with very. good aroma of coffee or tea. Dont keep empty carafe in the machine after use till it cools, otherwise it may develop crack. Since custom made replacement will be costly.

I had used the coffee maker a few times by now. And after about 10 times of making coffee I find the coffee holding jar on the hot plate, has cracks and slowly the decoction leaks on to the heating plate, dries on the plate and becomes a unremovable stain on hot plate. Hence request a solution first by a replacement for the coffee decoction holding jar. Glass jar 600ml for the coffee decoction.

This has been one of my worst purchases. It started having problems barely within 7 days of usage. I sent it to the official service center and got the device back after almost 21 days, and was told the thermostat had to be replaced. Even after the aforementioned servicing all the problems that I used to face still persist. There are overheating issues due to which a lot of steam is produced from the provided water, leading to the device to stop working altogether very frequently, waiting for it to cool down.Apart from the low grade product itself, the servicing is the absolute worst. There is absolutely zero transparency in their process, they ask for ridiculous time frames for minor part replacement, there is no effective way to track the progress of the servicing, and all of the service center people stop taking your calls immediately after they collect the device. I honestly doubt if any repairs were actually done on the device, or if I just got back the same faulty item from the service center after 21 days.I have been using coffee makers from different vendors over the last 5 years, and this is the first time I'm seeing such a terrible product.One of the absolute worst, both in terms of quality of the product as well as customer support. Not even worth 10% of the cost, never ever go for this product.

Till now I didn't opened it I will be sharing you my experience after opening the product till now what ever the products minor thing have to change not major I love the company products very well but packing is low category type please look when packing is done the product I got damaged, broken, and one thing is missing in it like this it had happened plz assure us this will not be happening to me again
