Instead of buying this product , i would suggest you to use the money to feed some crows everyday. Glass jar breaks off in a month. My mother uses all her physics lessons to then use the machine without the jar. After a month it was only used to check if the power supply was working because only the power light/led was working and nothing else.

This is not a Morphy Richards or Budan Espresso or Moccamaster, if you want that level of espresso or barista-style coffee that requires knowledge, investment, and artisanal taste, this is not for you. If you wish to purchase a machine that is simple as making instant coffee, add ground coffee beans into the given funnel, add water to the level, and place the jar with milk & sugar, if you prefer black, let it be as it is, and after 5 minutes, you've 1-5 cups of coffee—neither too strong nor too fancy just pure coffee for the morning.

Kettle recieved had a crack. Product received was unpacked after 3 weeks of its receipt.I noticed the glass kettle had a crack. When I thought of reporting the matter then i found that there is no provision to return or complaint about it.As this is delivered as broken product which is of no use to me. So, be aware of purchasing this product.
