I have used Anjali coconut scrapper for decades. The model that I have been using has a bigger base.I bought this space saving sleek model and I opened it today and used it and the vacuum base does not stick and hold long enough. It keeps coming off. So I pulled out the older one from the garbage and started using it.Is there any way this can be replaced by Anjali??

Within 6 month of purchasing this product, the rubber grip (Inside) holder with the operating shaft has got damaged. Quality is very inferior. I have never expected such a low quality from Anjali brand.
