Stopped working in 4 months. As was under warranty called Pigeon service centre. In Pune, the location is so far that it's cheaper to trash this product than travel there.No doorstep service. Showed to local mechanic, but it was not repairable. Will never buy Pigeon brand- cheap chinese made stuff in future. Waste of time and money.

The only reason I bought this product is it's country of origin is India as compared to its competitors. But they have mentioned it wrong in the description. I'm not complaining the product but they should have mentioned correct information

This pop-up toaster doesn't work properly. While the browning levels are fine, it doesn't pop up when done. The other unit I bought works well, so this one must be defective. The attached video shows the toaster being used at Browning Level 1.

The product received was looking used and had a lot of scratches on its surface, especially near the opening for bread slices. Also the auto pop out feature was not working and the press down button for slices was not working.
