2 packs are not there in the box . One retractable eraser pack (size: 100mm length+ 2 eraser refills) and one oil pastel pack ( 12 shades of size: 75 mm length each) both are missing. My daughter was so upset after opening the box as she has searched a lot the different types nd brands of kits to order the color kit. So guys i would suggest you that you should purchase offline rather than Silkrute bcoz its on mrp and items are missing too... so what's the benefit to purchase online.. its a total loss deal... pathetic pathetic pathetic ??????Kids will get disappointment after opening their box of joy so i wouldn't recommend but Doms is surely a very good brand. I gave stars only for the Doms brand, not for Silkrute services ????????
