They provide HAPPY BIRTHDAY letters balloons and the shiny silver and golden threads to hang around it. However, the quality is really poor for the price paid and there are only 11 balloons out of which few are punctured, out of shape. Think before buying. I’d rather suggest to go for Happy Birthday letters only and buy balloons from somewhere else.

Overall looks good.....but they dont gibe anything to inflate.....also blck balloons are more gracefull but quantity of them is less.........balloons bursted too early randomly. H was really bad and one of the A was also loosing all the air.
