I am using R Rabbit bottle and bought this as a spare nipple for it, but its too soft and thin compared to the existing nipple. And by mistake had ordered medium flow nipple, as my baby is only 2 months wanted to exchange it for slow flow. But these ppl dont have exchange or return policy. So be careful beforr you order.

I have been using LuvLap products since my baby was born. I did not face any issues until now. The 9 month wide bottle nipples do not fit the wide bottles. Milk leaks from the side and is also unfit for the baby to drink. My baby did not drink from 9 month nipple and I had to change the nipple size to make him drink. The 9 month nipples should be stopped else checked for manufacturing deficiencies and LuvLap should work on fixing it.They have a rule that nipples can’t be exchange or returned but they also provide a minimum qty of 4. Now I am stuck with 3 extra packets of nipples each containing 4 nipples and I don’t know what to do. The only packet I opened was defective and hence I had to throw them.1. Why minimum order qty 4?2. Why won’t LuvLap listen to genuine issues and provide resolution?3. Why will a family be stuck with defective nipples and not get back their money without any fault of theirs?Can we ask these above questions to Silkrute and LuvLap?

Product is nice. But Silkrute delivery agent behavior is worst. They marked the order delivered with out delivered the Product. It's need more then a week to get my refund. Order alternate delivery address to get the product. It's my 4th Order
