Product is good but the belt for back (top) that makes it ergonomic so that your shoulders doesn’t hurt, can’t be closed on any man’s body or a little bulky woman. Very small

Not useful. Baby remains uncomfortable. Already requested for return but nobody came to take the item back. Now getting a note to reschedule cancel the previous pickup. After cancelling getting a prompt that return window is now longer available.

Where hand and leg coming out should sponge cushion be there. Otherwise product is nice. One negative is price is high. Another important thing is. Make sure to send brand new. I got used one which is very bad experience but i didn't return it as i need it. If customer returned product at least make sure to change the outside box to show that is brand new.
